ABOUT ME
I am currently a competitive powerlifter and have recently competed at the British Championships achieving a top 20 finish.
After beginning my career as a professional golfer I have been involved with a number of sports from regional to national level and I have always had a passion for fitness and strength & conditioning.
I have a unique understanding of how strength & conditioning can have a huge positive impact on sports performance and I also understand the benefits that strength training can have on the general population of all ages.
In September of 2018 I achieved my qualification in Strength and Conditioning and I am looking forward to helping everyone from the general gym goer to the advanced athlete improve their health, strength and performance.


ONE TO ONE COACHING
As a strength and conditioning coach I like to take a performance based approach.
The initial session can include testing and followed by continual analysis and reviewing of results.
I will then provide personalised specific session plans tailored to your needs.
ONLINE COACHING
I understand that with people's busy lives it is not always possible to be in a certain location at a certain time
I can offer an array of online coaching and training plans with continuous support and feedback to help you achieve your goals


OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
As a qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach I can teach you how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk and how implementing them in your training can benefit your overall strength and fitness
SPORTS SPECIFIC COACHING
My goal is to help you achieve yours
